I used the SKIL 3601-02 flooring saw for a whole house remodel. It does cross cuts, rip cuts, and miter cuts without dragging out the table saw.

A bitter month with the 2300W Electric Tile Cutting System: 71-inch rails, an 8000RPM orbital cutter, wet and dry blades, and my chipped porcelain grudge.

I used the Rubi TX-1250 MAX manual tile cutter for large-format porcelain. It's fast, quiet, and cuts 4-foot tiles, but the price is steep and quality control is questionable.

I used the Makita 4101RH to cut countertops and pavers. It's a powerful little saw, but the water setup is janky and the switch might fail on you.
